I do so enjoy drawing up cakes for my couples to help us refine the design. Sometimes I think perhaps I like it too much and that others simply make quick sketches. And though I do that on the spot with the couples watching, I like to go back and spend time dreaming and drawing. The bride and groom always seem to appreciate seeing the ideas in detail and it helps them to visualize their dream cake. Either way, it is further evidence that I am becoming a true "Cake Artist"!
